Paul took these photo's last week as publicity shots. Think they are really lovely. The crowd we managed to draw on the royal mile were suitably bemused. Photographs by Paul Watt
Today was our last day rehearsing at the Brunton. You realize just how much stuff comes into a rehearsal room when you have to take it all out again. On Monday we start fitting up at the Book Trust and Craig stops making small white boxes and starts making a much larger one that we can perform in. It will be exciting to see all the elements come together. The venue is great and the fact that we have use of the garden on the way in to it is brilliant.
Ian has been busy drawing away during development for White. They are so lovely i thought it would be nice to put them up on here. Thank you Mr Cameron.
Shona has created a really lovely design for White. At the moment we're trying to work out what each house should look like and what it should do. Very happy with the teepee though and our cuckoo clock inspired costumes.
Ian and I went into a local nursery to get some press shots for the show. We let the children loose on us with pots of paint. I think they were a little unsure at first but as you can see they soon got the hang of it. Photographs by Douglas Robertson
White has started rehearsals which is very exciting...if a little scarey. It is being performed throughout the festival from 6th -29th Aug at the Book Trust as part of the Traverse Theatre programme. White is part of the Made in Scotland showcase. Photograph by Paul Watt
